805/806DS Steam-assisted Venturi Desuperheater

This is a steam assisted atomization desuperheater, with the 805DS having a dual Venturi nozzle and the 806DS having a single Venturi nozzle structure. Its working principle is to heat and atomize the desuperheating water inside the nozzle through the steam inside the pipeline. After being sprayed out by the Venturi nozzle, it can be instantly absorbed by the superheated steam, achieving stable secondary steam. Regardless of the flow rate, the desuperheating water can achieve the optimal atomization state, and there will be no adverse conditions such as water droplets falling on the inner wall of the pipeline due to insufficient atomization during operation. Due to the negative pressure suction effect caused by the high-speed steam flow inside the Venturi nozzle, the pressure difference between desuperheating water and the nozzle can be very small. This desuperheater has a large adjustable ratio and a wide range of applications, especially suitable for working conditions with small pressure differences between desuperheating water and secondary steam (such as 0.35MPa). Usually, the desuperheater is installed horizontally or vertically upwards (with a greater adjustable ratio than horizontal installation).

● Nozzle material: 410/heat treated, F22, F91, 304, 316, etc
